"Empowering People” is what we have done for over 100 years. This is an encouraging statement that suggests a positive and proactive approach to life. It implies that one should fully engage with and appreciate the present moment, as well as actively seek out new experiences and opportunities for personal growth.

To support this goal, we offer Personalized Medication through our Millers Pharmacy, licensed in 50 states, nationally accredited and serving national platforms such as Costco and CVS/Caremark.

For Millers this has been our marching order when we first opened in Passaic NJ. Later, in 1929 Millers moved to its current location at 678 Wyckoff Avenue in Wyckoff, NJ.

Over the years Millers has updated itself. We now offer solutions that are designed to deal with specific issues, like hydralast, our ED offering that delivers Medication, Hydration and additional nutrients that optimizes your sexual experience. Regardless of its offering, Millers has a legacy of excellence to this date. See our reviews and you will see that we have not lost our touch. Millers opened its first location in Passaic NJ in 1909

Millers Pharmacy opened over 100 years ago, first in 1909 in Passaic, NJ and then in 1929 it moved to its building in Wyckoff, NJ. at the corner of Main Street and Wyckoff Avenue — the same location that we inhabit today! But the Miller’s Pharmacy building has an even longer history. It was constructed in 1860 and is the oldest commercial building in Wyckoff. While its outward appearance has changed over the years, our purpose remains the same — to provide our community as well as our extended customer base in all 50 states with the trusted products and services that it has known for nearly a century.

Millers was always an apothecary, as it was known in those days. Look closely at this picture and you will see that Millers sold just about everything in those days, including Pocket Medicine, Face Powder, Drinks, Toys, Pretty much like today's pharmacies that often are convenience stores. Over the ensuing years Millers began selling commercial medications and cosmetics and — due to increasing requests from local physicians and patients. Trusted pharmacists began formulating personalized, prescription-grade products.

Nearly 60 years later, Miller’s joined PCCA — a preeminent organization for compounding pharmacies that supports the creation of personalized medicine.

We've adapted a more holistic approach and introduced Beauty as part of our offerings.

To deliver on this mission, we developed our own line of professional grade vitamin supplements. We built a Medspa to help women achieve the level of beauty that our customers demanded (see JilySkinlab.com ) . And, our clients voiced the desire for additional skin care solutions that help them look as great as they feel. We strongly believe in the connection between health and beauty, so Millers rose to the occasion by developing a medical grader Jily Skincare product line. Now, our clients can build a skin care regimen that is suited to their specific needs — all under the guidance of our aestheticians and, of course, the Miller’s pharmacists.

Once we have fully evaluated you and agreed on your program, we create a written plan of action. Each customer is assigned a Coach for a nominal monthly fee, who keeps you on track. Competitors digital plans simply depend on a barrage of emails to keep you signed up, while never re-assessing changes in your underlying health.

Thirty years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. It is a life-threatening disease with no cure. I consulted 10 GI doctors but ultimately decided to explore what was best for me! I follow a strict diet and supplement program. I exercise daily. I take no medication. Clinically, I am Crohn’s free. My story is the inspiration for daywel.

Daywel is more than a business venture to me, it is my legacy, allowing me to help others in a way that others helped me.

Consumer Agreement

1. Scope of Services

Millers Pharmacy agrees to provide prescription fulfillment services to the consumer, based on valid prescriptions presented by the consumer.

2. Pricing and payment

All prescription pricing will adhere to Millers Pharmacy’s standard pricing policies. Consumers are required to pay for their prescriptions in full before any prescription is shipped.

3. Consumer Obligations

Consumers are responsible for: Providing valid prescriptions from licensed healthcare providers.
Paying in advance for prescriptions before shipment.
Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding prescription drug

4. Pharmacy Obligations

Millers Pharmacy is committed to:

Accurately filling all prescriptions.
Ensuring timely delivery of prescriptions.
Complying with all applicable privacy regulations, including HIPAA, to protect consumer medical information.

5. Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Prescriptions may not be returned or refunded, provided that the prescription was accurately filled.

6. Liability and Dispute Resolution

Millers Pharmacy’s liability is limited to the cost of the prescription in question. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first engage in mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, with no right to a jury trial. The jurisdiction for arbitration will be New York.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Millers Pharmacy will protect the privacy of all consumer medical information in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

8. Duration and Termination

This agreement is ongoing until terminated by either party. Either the consumer or Millers Pharmacy may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

9. Modifications

Millers Pharmacy reserves the right to modify this agreement. Consumers will be notified of any changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

10. Indemnification

The consumer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Millers Pharmacy, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of the consumer's breach of this agreement, failure to provide accurate information, or misuse of prescription drugs.

11. Limitation of Liability

Millers Pharmacy's total liability to the consumer for any and all claims, damages, losses, or costs, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid by the consumer for the prescription in question. Under no circumstances will Millers Pharmacy be liable for any
indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Force Majeure

Millers Pharmacy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, labor disputes, government action, pandemic, supplier delays, or any other circumstances that make performance impossible or impractical.

13. Compliance with Laws

The consumer agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to prescription drug use and distribution. The consumer further acknowledges that any misuse of prescription drugs is illegal and can result in criminal prosecution.

14. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. No Waiver

Failure by Millers Pharmacy to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under this agreement.

17. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Millers Pharmacy and the consumer regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, concerning the same subject matter.
